Service Description

This 30 min assessment is for those interested in learning more about incorporating mindfulness practices into your daily life. Mindfulness practices has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety and lead you to living a more present and fulfilling life. In this session we will asses your intentions, blocks, and current lifestyle to see how a mindfulness mentorship can help you. Here is where you will start seeking internally to what limiting beliefs and habits are holding you back physically, intellectually and emotionally. Please note, not everyone is open or fit for a mentorship. This mentorship is not a substitute for traditional talk therapy and those suffering with severe and chronic mental disorders should consult with their doctor or therapist for in depth healing.
