Welcome to Art of Being

First I would like to say how grateful I am to have you here. Art of Being was created to provide knowledge on mind body wellness, spirituality and self love to those looking to live more mindfully. If you are searching for insight on managing change, finding purpose, healing, wellness or tips for everyday mindful living then you're in the right place! With Art of Being I want to give you the tools and knowledge to help you heal you and live purposely as your most authentic self. This may come from learning and applying mindfulness practices such as journaling, yoga, meditation, or breath work to your everyday routine. Or you may recieve wisdom from the sharing of my own experience. I focus on providing our tribe with the tools to develop the physical, intellectual, emotional and energetic aspects of a healthier lifestyle in our modern world. We encompass and share on all aspects of  mind, body wellness but we are strong believers in the practices of mindfulness. We believe to live out full potential and enjoy our experience in life we must learn to first be mindful. Mindful of our own thoughts, time, energy, and present life situation. I have a passion for movement,  meditation, spirituality, holistic health, wellness, healing and more. All of these elements brought me to start Art of Being. I are dedicated to continuously learning and sharing knowledge to help others heal and live out their divine purpose. Art of Being will provide insight on the power of using your mind and body to live purposefully. I provide readers and followers of all ages with insight on how to live with more purpose. My Story

Hello there! 
My name is Brie and I'm the founder of Art of Being.  A little about me, I've always had a passion for creativity and wellness. In 2019 I graduated college with a Bachelors in Health Science and Human Performance. I spent the following 3 years studying mind, body healing, self transformation, art and writing. During that time I became a 200 HR Register Yoga Teacher, Certified Mindfulness Mentor and took courses on trauma informed coaching, meditation and breath work. Now I  know all of that sounds great on paper but those years were filled with so much more than just educational trainings. It was a period of significant growth in my physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual journey. I knew after college I needed to get to know myself better so I could understand what it was I truly wanted out of life, so I started my self discovery journey. I had to learn what fueled my fire and what I was passionate about. I took a deep dive into myself, past experiences and learned what I enjoyed doing. This time that allowed me to truly find myself, my purpose and my passions. I found that I have a deep desire to share the knowledge and wisdom I've learned to not only teach but to help others feel connected and not alone. I'm not a fan of labels because I believe we are all our own beautifully unique Self that doesn't fit into a box or genre. I like to describe myself as a down to earth, soulful, free spirit that thrives on organization and structure. I enjoy creating, learning and helping others. I'm a lover, doggy momma, daughter, sister, teacher and friend. I'm a divine feminine with a passion for holistic living, creativity, wellness, authentic living, and mindfulness. I have an endless curiosity for life, constantly seeking knew experiences to learn from. I'm so eternally grateful to share my purpose with beautiful souls like you. Thank you for being here.
